Description
At the moment, graalpy-community container build only in amd64 variant
And there is no aarch64-native container, but native graalpy-aarch64 builds exists.
Need to adjust graalpy dockerfile, like it done in Ruby

Verify the available graalpy-aarch64 release builds and adjust the GraalPy image configuration so an aarch64-native container is produced.
