webpage loading

The webpage takes a while to load ~>5sec. I would like to implement partial loading and then load the parts taking a little longer while you are already on the site.

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the Python code that serves the webpage and measure which parts contribute to the reported load time of more than five seconds; done means the page can show initial content while slower parts continue loading.
