Application icon in compact mode

When I enable Settings =>Message layout => Compact mode, I expect to see smaller padding in the border and more text. That part is working as expected, the problem is the Application icon is also changed and aligned vertically. If the notification message is long, you can't see the app icon until you scroll. I think the application icon should be placed on top for both layouts (normal and compact).

Reproduce the issue through Settings => Message layout => Compact mode, then compare the application icon placement in normal and compact layouts with a long notification message. Done means the icon remains at the top and visible without scrolling in both layouts while compact mode retains its smaller padding.
