separate date an time

Hi,

I think you have put date and time into a single field. But we will require two separate fields because if someone wants to change only time, then he shouldn't have to enter date as well.

The issue does not name files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating where appointment dates and times are represented and edited, then trace the synchronization path between hosts. Done means date and time can be supplied and changed independently without requiring the other value.
