重启gorse-in-one服务问题

**Gorse version**
拉取最新代码编译的gorse-in-one镜像

**Describe the bug**
我已经有数据了，也已经训练了，怎么重启gorse服务后，又需要重新开始训练，之前的训练数据直接丢弃了吗？

**To Reproduce**
改了配置选项recommend.external后重启服务，打开gorse dashboard查看task，都重置要重新训练

**Expected behavior**
怎么可以做到不用每次重启都重置训练任务
