App does not start, no logs

Steps to Reproduce the Problem
- copy https://script.google.com/d/1HCsbqH8WNEKFwRZCw8KEhykCGEzfXi-1k5eN-7t8lZoEAAvfqzOOsKtu/edit?newcopy=true
- follow instructions (if new standalone project, activate Google Tasks API V1)
- Publish as the web app running as User accessing the webapp
