Research direction

Start with the tasks/simpleTasks sample and reproduce the issue by copying the linked project, enabling Google Tasks API v1, and publishing it as a web app. Check the app's startup behavior and available logs against the reported no-log failure. Done means the copied Simple Task web app starts successfully and its behavior can be observed.
