[Feature request] Digital Ink: Ability to get ink strokes corresponding to characters or words in recognition result

**What's your feature request? Please describe.**
Windows Ink has [InkAnalyzer](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/uwp/api/windows.ui.input.inking.analysis?view=winrt-22621), which allows information about originating pen strokes (e.g. stroke IDs and bounding boxes) to be found from the individual words in handwriting recognition results. I would love to see something like this in ML Kit.
