Suggestion: Feature to block access to individual options in Connceted Wi-Fi network settings

Hello,

On connected Wi-Fi in phone settings, there are options: IP settings and Proxy. I have sent a screenshot for these two options. These two can be used to bypass Force safe search on search engines. There is an option to "Disallow config Wi-Fi", but that blocks access to Wi-Fi in phone settings and Wi-Fi icon in Notification Panel. So, my suggestion is to add an option to block access to individual options in Settings of Connected Wi-Fi network.
