Can TestDPC block Enable and Disable toggle switch for individual apps in Special access?

Hello,

Can TestDPC block Enable and Disable toggle switch for individual apps in Special access? (I have named the screenshot "Special access"). For example, in All files access (or any other option in Special access (Device admin apps, Appear on top etc.)), I want to block Enable or Disable toggle switch for let's say Gmail. So, not to block enable or disable for all apps nor to block the entire Special access.

If this feature is not available, please make this in a feature update. If it's not possible to block Enable and Disable toggle switch for individual apps, then make a option to block the entire Special access.
