feat: Need example for detecting map rendering type

The support page has been updated with instructions for checking WebGL compatibility. The required sample map should show whether the map is displaying RASTER or VECTOR rendering type. This example not only shows how to detect the rendering type, it's also a utility to let folks quickly determine what's going on in a particular browser instance. So very handy!
