Description
In order to ensure the health of the SwiftUI samples, we need to update the build.yml workflow to also build the SwiftUI samples added by #225.

Research direction
Review the build.yml workflow and the SwiftUI samples introduced by #225; start by tracing how existing sample builds are listed. Extend the workflow so those samples are built, then run the workflow and confirm the new sample builds pass.
