Player Pool Statistics

- We've expanded metrics to include ticket statistics but we can benefit from having additional player pool statistics as well. This can be a challenge since pools aren't always statically define for everyone so we must figure out a path to resolve this. Metrics names and views are also statically defined so there is a lot of thought needed to figure this out.

- Player pools are defined and metrics are exported **per pool** so we carry out additional logic. An example of a benefit of looking at player pool stats is _match relaxation_.

#683 was created to look into this and providing it as metrics will be either a solution or a good step to resolve this issue.
