Build with and without avar to show filesize impact

I wonder if it is not too much work to adjust the build scripts to make it possible to make two builds from the same sources both with and without the avar table?

I'm guessing that it might be some work if the redundant corner masters have already been deleted, because then the build script would need to instantiate them and then put them into the design space file
