In https://twitter.com/RavidBalaliev/status/1522293219500994563 a user says Cyrillic isn't kerned, and in https://variable-type-tools.appspot.com/ on Chrome v100 on macOS I see this input text:
ATATATATAT latin
ΑТΑТΑТΑТΑТ cyrilic
indeed without kerning like latin:
