STAT table Slant axis to provide Italic styles

Description
The STAT table needs more work :)
The fvar list of named styes has a list of roman + italic styles, but the STAT table's slant axis doesn't have any values, so you can't obtain italic styles.
Additionally, I guess that there should be PSNames for accessing italic styles, eg `RobotoFlex-Italic` for axes at defaults except slant which is max?
