Tight shapes in 'a' 'e' 's' 144 opsz | 1000 wght | 25/100 wdth

This resolves at 900 which is a CSS wight I expect people to actually use. However, if the point of the 1000 wght isn't just to make 900 work but is instead to be a viable and wholly usable part of the design space, it seems like these need to be adjusted.

But which is it?

Also the problem goes away at wdth 151

It is still present at wdth 25

GRAD -200 also makes them go away :-) Hooray!

Given that- maybe this should be the state for GRAD 0 (zero) and -200 should be adjusted further?

Note also that GRAD 150 and width 25 shares the problem

And of course GRAD 150 and width 100

But width 151 GRAD 150 does not
