Number (figure zero) Spacing vs Capital Letters - 14pt opsz - all weights all widths

Because numbers are read individually and letters are mostly not the spacing of numbers should be slightly more generous than capital letters.

This is a note about if that's happening the right amount or not

**Regular width**

We should definitely add some space between the zeros because they read as closer than a pair of Hs or Os, which we want to avoid. I wish the zero wasn't so utterly hugely different. As it is it feels a bit mistaken. But maybe there's nothing to be done about it. Is that right or not? _No fixes to these numbers should be done without adjusting the zero as a steady reference._

**wght: 100 | wdth: 100 | slnt: 0 | GRAD: 0 | opsz: 14**
Even better than 400 because the counter is closer in brightness to the O and the spacing is right. With spacing fixes to individual letters, this will be ok.

This one is quite problematic. Not only is the stoke too heavy in relation to the capitals the spacing is also much too tight as well. When seen in body text, numbers seem to clump up. _No fixes to these numbers should be done without adjusting the zero as a steady reference._

**Narrow width**

This looks almost Ok but the extra space with zero is a bit too much. _No fixes to these numbers should be done without adjusting the zero as a steady reference._
