Description
CLDR lists `ʻ U+02BB` as part of Uzbek-Latin:
https://unicode.org/cldr/trac/browser/trunk/common/main/uz.xml#L866
Uzbek-Latin is explicitly supported by GF Latin Plus.
Solution: move `0x02BB ʻ MODIFIER LETTER TURNED COMMA` from [GF Latin Pro](https://github.com/googlefonts/tools/blob/master/encodings/GF%20Glyph%20Sets/GF-latin-pro_unique-glyphs.nam) to [GF Latin Plus](https://github.com/googlefonts/tools/blob/master/encodings/GF%20Glyph%20Sets/GF-latin-plus_unique-glyphs.nam)
