nam files: Add "includes" chains in a map sidefile?

Description
The nam file "include headers" that were added in 2017 (https://github.com/googlefonts/gftools/commit/a5cf70f556fcd7f5d6f55da4836116aa07777edb) were lost when nam files were updated in 2019 (https://github.com/googlefonts/gftools/commit/9f1fd9c9718f1ca231d6465f4fd9b234db6eca7f)
To keep them around, and prevent them being removed again, I'd like to add them to all to a standalone "map" file
