Do all characters in all gf glyphsets latin lists exist in latin + latin-ext?

Possibly related to googlefonts/nam-files#6 but while chatting with @chrissimpkins I wondered, do all characters in all gf glyphsets latin lists exist in latin + latin-ext (in https://github.com/googlefonts/glyphsets/tree/main/Lib/glyphsets/encodings)?

Start with the glyphset encodings in Lib/glyphsets/encodings and identify the Latin lists referenced in the issue. Compare their characters with latin and latin-ext, then document the complete result and any mismatches so the scope of a follow-up change is clear.
