Research direction

Start by reviewing Lib/glyphsets/encodings/latin_unique-glyphs.nam and the discussion in this issue to identify the three PUA characters and their intended significance. Determine whether they belong in the basic Latin set for new fonts; the work is done when the set definition and inclusion decision are clearly resolved.
