Description

Please add the letters and sequences of [DIN 91379](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DIN_91379) *"Characters and defined character sequences in Unicode for the electronic processing of names and data exchange in Europe, with CD-ROM"*.

The normative part of the standard tries to include all letters and sequences that are required for the transliteration of names to Latin script. For the generation of proof files and QA tests of fonts it is important to consider correct positioning of diacritics in sequences of base letters and diacritic signs.

Research direction

Start by comparing the DIN 91379 references, especially latin_list_1.3.txt, with the repository's existing glyphset data and generation or QA entry points. Determine where letters and character sequences belong, then verify that the resulting proof files and font QA checks cover correct diacritic positioning.
