report on traffic jam manager first use

I used the traffic jam all byself and it was awesome.

This is what I noticed:
- couldn't find a argument to only update all statuses (`skip` all PRs I guess to have visible updated status in the board prior to inspect element one by one)
- couldn't find a way to mix filters (for eg. `-f in_sandbox,to_sandbox`)
- wish to also filter by label (for eg. `-f "new fonts", in_sandbox`)
