[new check] Are caps swashed by default?

I'd like a fontquant check to tell me if the (latin) caps are swashed by default.

I reviewed an image that had https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Almendra+Display used to set a textbox with widely letter-spaced all caps and I need metadata to avoid that haha :)
