Font renaming (Suffix & search/replace)

I have code in https://github.com/twardoch/fonttools-opentype-feature-freezer/blob/master/src/opentype_feature_freezer/__init__.py which does font renaming. It's decent, but I don't know how to upstream that.

Start by reviewing src/opentype_feature_freezer/__init__.py from the linked implementation and the existing fontmake CLI interface. Determine how font-renaming suffix and search/replace parameters could be exposed in fontmake; done means the behavior is integrated and usable through the CLI.
