Metric issue turns up when using components

Hi all!

I’m having the following issue when using components in Variable Fonts.

By decomposing all glyphs, the issue is solved but is there any way to keep components avoiding this?

The font behave properly in FontPreview, Illustrator and Photoshop but the issue turns up on Axis-praxis.

Any idea what I’m missing here?
