naming issues using Georgian font as an example

Per John H. of Tiro here are some naming issues on the example of Georgian font naming (but any font would have these issues):

"1. There are problems in the naming of some fonts.
The font has the family (name ID 1) name
Noto Serif Georgian Extra
The font has the family (name ID 1) name
Noto Serif Georgian Semi
The same is true for the corresponding Sans fonts. I'm guessing this is a pipeline issue, and it may affect fonts for other scripts; I've not thought to check this previously, as I've mostly been looking at fonts in environments that use name IDs 16 and 17."
