Bug with ogonek (legacy)

I'm asking here because I don't have the bug when I export from Glyphs. I managed to avoid the issue by decompose the ogonek (02DB)

**Bug description**
Ogonek (legacy) only show up in light master. I thought it was an issue with Font Gauntlet, but it doesn't work in Text Edit either.
Doesn't work in: Fontgauntlet, Chrome (Mac) / Text Edit (Mac)
Works: Indesign (Mac) / Word (Mac) / Font Goggles (Mac)
