Line are jumping in different styles because of missing "Export STAT table"

Hi there

I'm having the issue that the height change between the styles even though all of the styles have the same vertical metrics. I submitted the issue in Glyphs [Forum()](https://forum.glyphsapp.com/t/changing-position-in-bold-vs-regular/30923/9) and a fix was found.
It's because I need to add the "Export STAT table". But that tag is ignored and no STAT table is exported when using Fontmake int the GF repository. Is there somewhere I can change that in the config.yaml ?

Start by checking how config.yaml is read when Fontmake processes the Glyphs source and whether the "Export STAT table" setting is recognized. Compare the generated OpenType output with the source settings; done means the STAT table is exported and the style-dependent line-position issue is resolved.
