Description
Add a Skia benchmark that compares FreeType and Fontations loading. Ref https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/skia/+/395616 for an example.
Bonus points for adding a Harfbuzz version; would require an HB backed typeface. Perhaps we can have an experimental one?
