Description
If a customer who already has {list of deps} were to adopt read-fonts (or punchcut or w/e) what will it cost them? - https://github.com/googlefonts/fontations/pull/191/files#r1067216040 calls out that the obvious approach of building and measuring rlib size isnot valid so ... what IS valid.
