Problem with the >= ligature

Description
I see that there are some ligatures defined, and most work just fine, but I don't get the `>=` ligature for some reason:
I am using Visual Studio Code (1.39.2) in Linux using the Ligconsolata fonts directly (I installed it by putting it in my `/usr/share/fonts` directory).
