Description
Similar to other kokoro badge images and links such as `Java 8 | [![Kokoro CI][kokoro-badge-image-2]][kokoro-badge-link-2]`, it would be very helpful to have them for Java 8 and Java 11 samples builds so that customers can see them right away in README at a glance.
