Description
Currently test-bench have support for stall injection using `stall-for-Ts-after-YK` only applicable for HTTP protocol. We need to extend this support for gRPC protocol.

Start by locating the existing `stall-for-Ts-after-YK` implementation for the HTTP protocol and the gRPC Read/Write paths in the testbench. Extend the existing behavior to gRPC and verify that stall injection works for gRPC requests as it does for HTTP.
