Description
We use release-please extensively for managing releases of NPM packages and GitHub actions. We also maintain a template repository for each. Whenever we make updates to the template (which includes RP files) RP tries to start a new release.
It would be nice to have a "magic commit", or some other mechanism to disable/pause release please on our template repo.
If there is a workaround that would not break derived repos it would be nice to have that documented.
