Config json schema is out-of-date

I've discovered that the [config.json](https://github.com/googleapis/release-please/blob/main/schemas/config.json) is out-of-date and doesn't match all the options that are available. Would it be possible to update this to match the options that are available?

For example, the [manifest driven release-please](https://github.com/googleapis/release-please/blob/main/docs/manifest-releaser.md) documentation talks about the attribute `package-name` but this is not present in the schema. Potentially the same with `component`.
