Hello!
I wonder why this library doesn’t use streaming when downloading content…
Isn’t Veo 3 (or other models) capable of generating 1 GB files?
And whole 1 GB file will be loaded in the memory ;(
as I found out here:

Both aiohttp and httpx have streaming functionality…
Maybe I’m wrong, but I see it as a matter of adding `stream_download` function or an argument (whether to stream the response) to existing `download` function.
Please guys! For folks that care how much RAM they have…
