Description
We should add the [release-trigger](https://github.com/googleapis/repo-automation-bots/tree/main/packages/release-trigger) bot and potentially the [release-please](https://github.com/googleapis/repo-automation-bots/tree/main/packages/release-please) bot to this repo to create and publish releases on changes.
