Yes, I'm trying to save and retrieve prompts from GCP.

I want perform the following action via SDK
* Create, update, delete and fetch prompts with version

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
None

**Additional context**
The feature seems to be available on Python SDK but not on JS - https://cloud.google.com/python/docs/reference/vertexai/latest/.
