Add or update the following nox sessions to packages/google-crc32c/ noxfile.
- [ ] session(lint_setup_py)
- [ ] session(docfx)
- [ ] session(prerelease_deps)
Unless otherwise indicated, follow the format used in the gapic-generator template for the noxfile.py.j2
