Description
The [autogenerated admin client](https://github.com/googleapis/python-bigtable/pull/1177) currently doesn't support communicating with the bigtable emulator.
We should add a code block [like this](https://github.com/googleapis/python-bigtable/blob/1a5b4b514cadae5c83d61296314285d3774992c5/google/cloud/bigtable/data/_async/client.py#L187) to the [overlay client](https://github.com/googleapis/python-bigtable/blob/autogen-feature-branch/google/cloud/bigtable_admin_v2/overlay/services/bigtable_table_admin/async_client.py)
