Property 'fetch' does not exist on type 'Gaxios'. (in v10.1.0)

We are noticing the following error when trying to run `tsc` on our code-base. It seems to be working fine in previous versions. We use Renovate to update our dependencies and during a regular _lock file maintenance_ run this arises (this is basically an `npm update` call).

Our dependencies on `@google`:
