Reviews retrieve support

I want to invoke the api at https://developers.google.com/my-business/reference/rest/v4/accounts.locations.reviews/list to retrieve the google reviews of my business on my website which is made in drupal(php), I can't locate which api class support it. I tried to grep the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage and can't see it in the code so I assume it is not supported, also can't see what api to enable in the console for this scope so that I can enable the api and authenticate only scopes if the library doesn't support it
