Documentation: Link may be wrong under "Create a new OAuth2 Client Id" (or instructions are out-of-date?)

- OS: Windows 10
- Node.js version: v16.9.1
- npm version: 7.16.0
- `googleapis` version: n/a

#### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://github.com/googleapis/google-api-nodejs-client#oauth2-client
2. Click on "Create a new OAuth2 Client Id"
3. This takes me to https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/credentials/oauthclient?project=slhpda
4. The next instruction on the Github page says "Select Web Application for the application type"
5. There is, however, no place on "https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/credentials/oauthclient?project=slhpda" to set an application type

Do these instructions not apply to my particular project? Or am I missing something?
