add Streamable HTTP transport to the server

add support for other mcp transport options
- stdio (only supported option currently)
- streamable-http
- sse (deprecated, so not needed)

### Why do you need this feature?

I want to deploy this mcp in a kubernetes cluster and it will interact with other agents over http
