Research direction

No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the import error in a clean environment containing googleads-python-lib and azure-storage-blob, then inspect the googleads.oauth2 entry point named in the traceback. Done means the installation no longer produces the reported AttributeError and the behavior has focused regression coverage.
