Topology descriptions in Markdown form in the open source repo

For the various forms of topology we support easily/programmatically generating we were going to port some design documentation into markdown form so we could a) point at it from code comments b) give a feel for the varieties of topologies supported or soon-to-be-supported by the NoC generation library.
