ModuleGeneratorResult should have signatures for every block

During my multi-proc refactor (#950), I've found that `ModuleGeneratorResult` only has a slot for one module signature. I'm stopping for now in the interest of landing something, and the top level signature seems to be of the most interest, but ideally the module signature would be complete.
