Description
In the README, under [Build & Run](https://github.com/google/woff2#build--run) section, it says:
> At this writing, the code, while it is intended to produce a bytestream that can be reconstructed into a working font, **the reference decompression code is not done**,
That sentence was written [3 years ago](https://github.com/google/woff2/commit/91c9189324d34edd899239de59cac726fe8db149), so I wanted to ask if it's still accurate or if it needs to be updated. I suspect there's a good chance the decompression code is done by now, is it not?
