Cannot connect my phone. to the WALT

Description
When I connected the walt with my xiaomi/huawei phone(android version is 8.0), the three leds will not light up, and the walt app shows "not connected to WALT".
When I just connected the walt with my pc , the three leds will light up.
What should I do to connected the walt to my phone ?
